Western Caricature Carving

I had developed an interest in carving a horse and started looking around the web for instructions and books on the subject of caricature carving. I found a web site called Wood Carving Illustrated, which has some free plans and a forum. This lead me to Lynn Doughty's Web site/blog and his caricature of a horse. He has a lot of good content and intruction for the beginner. I've been working on the horse for a week now and it is starting to take shape. I still have a lot to learn.
